Cub Scouts (8 – 10.5)

Here, at the 17th Reigate, we have two active Cub Packs meeting on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.00pm respectively during term time.

Cub Scouts are boys and girls aged between 8 and 10.5 years old. As a Cub, there are a lot of fun, adventurous, inclusive and challenging things you can do. You will get a chance to try lots of new and different activities ranging from Archery to Zorbing and everything else in-between!

There are a huge range of badges that can be earned and these can be achieved by working towards them with the rest of the pack, your six or earned at home by yourself.

Weekly meetings at our Scout Centre will include both indoor and outdoor activities, exploring our local community as well as organised activities in a variety of different places.

We also take part in many Group, District and County events including camping, swimming galas, go karts, football tournaments, hikes, sailing, canoeing and much much more!

If you are interested in joining Cubs then please fill in the form by clicking the button to the right and we will be in touch as soon as we can find you a place!

Tuesday Pack

Maria Marks (Bagheera) - Cub Scout Leader

I've been a leader for 20 years, having started when my twin girls joined the Group. Quickly followed by a son and a further daughter they've all been through Scouting and have accompanied me on many adventures. I may not be the quietest of Leaders but I'm a great believer of what Scouting can provide - new opportunities and new friendship

Andrew Webber (Mowgli) - Assistant Cub Leader

Dane Caffyn (King Louie) - Section Assistant

Ken Stevens - Section Assistant

Rob Sanford (Haithi) - Section Assistant
