Our dedicated, modern Scout Centre is at the heart of our Group providing a wealth of facilities for our young people to use each week.

Additionally we have a number of external organisations that use the Centre when we’re not using it.

To ensure that our facilities are always in tip-top condition there are regular maintenance tasks as well as various remedial and improvement work that always needs doing.

Our Scout Centre takes some knocks – lights go out, fuses blow, windows break. We’re keen to put together an army of potential helpers to contact when we need a hand fixing little things, help with the cleaning or taking on some bigger tasks. There’s no commitment to do anything beyond reading the requests which come in, but if there’s something you could fix easily and you’ve a bit of spare time to do it in, we’d appreciate a hand from time to time.
