Cubs

Following on from Beavers, Cubs continues the Scouting adventure, working towards their Chief Scouts Silver Award and various proficiency badges.

For a number of Cubs they experience their first nights away camping either over a weekend or for Summer Camp. We have two cub packs meeting on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. There are various activities, firm favourites, that take place each year including astronomy, pancake cooking, shadow puppets, nerf wars, roller disco and DIY activities.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
